2. Orders & Payments

2.1. All prices listed on our website include VAT unless otherwise stated. Additional shipping costs will be clearly indicated before checkout. 

2.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. 2.3. Payment must be made at the time of ordering via the available payment methods. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1. We strive to ship all orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. 

3.2. The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery. If a package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with photographic evidence. 

3.3. If your order is undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by you, additional shipping costs may apply.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. This applies particularly to consumable hair and skin care products. 

4.2. Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of receipt in accordance with Belgian consumer law. To initiate a return, please contact us at [Email] before sending the item back. 

4.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product). 

4.4. Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item, provided it meets the return conditions.

5. Warranty & Liability

5.1. Our products are covered by the legal warranty period as per Belgian law. If a product is found to be defective, please contact us with details and supporting evidence. 

5.2. We shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper use of our products. 

5.3. If a warranty claim is valid, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
